When you keep taking steps in the right direction, eventually, you’ll meet your moment.
I know this firsthand. For two decades, I built my dream career at the intersection of marketing, branding, and communications—advising global companies, founders, and creative leaders on how to shape presence, influence, and meaning at scale. I worked closely with visionary executives and entrepreneurs, helping them clarify narratives, elevate brands, and lead with intention in complex, high-pressure environments.
For a long time, it felt like success. But gradually, I began to feel depleted, uninspired, and disconnected. I was out of alignment.
Holistic well-being had long been part of my life—practices that kept me grounded as I pursued a full life and ambitious career. Over time, my relationship to these practices deepened. It wasn’t a rediscovery, but a recognition: they were not merely tools for balance or recovery but foundations for clarity, resilience, and sustainable leadership.
As this awareness expanded, I connected with coaches and mentors who held space for reflection rather than prescription. I explored whether this could translate into work I might dedicate myself to sharing with others.
Those conversations reinforced something I had sensed for years: the most meaningful work doesn’t impose answers. It expands awareness. At its best, it feels like partnership.
When I began working with clients in this way, something else came into focus. I wasn’t leaving my earlier work behind—I was integrating it. The same discernment, strategic clarity, and human-centered approach that once shaped brands and leaders now informs a more grounded, personal way of working—one that honours both inner alignment and outward expression.
Today, my work supports leaders and high-capacity individuals who want to lead and live with greater coherence—aligning who they are internally with how they show up in their work, their communication, and their lives.
This work is grounded in formal training and board certification in holistic well-being and behaviour change, alongside decades of experience advising leaders and organizations.
What I offer is an integrative partnership—one that brings depth and rigour together, helping people strengthen alignment and carry it through all aspects of how they lead and how they live.
