The Clarity Intensive is intended for accomplished and high-capacity individuals who are functioning well, yet sensing that something is ready to shift.

You may feel generally satisfied with your life and work—but internally stretched, scattered, or at a crossroads. This session creates space to slow down, clarify what truly wants attention, and orient toward what’s next with greater steadiness and confidence.

  • One extended private session (90 minutes via video)

A time-bound partnership for sustained clarity, integration, and growth.

The Alignment Partnership is for accomplished and high-capacity individuals who are ready to deepen alignment over time—not because something is wrong, but because something more is possible.

This work is well suited for people who are generally satisfied with their lives, grounded in responsibility, and wanting to engage in a reflective process that supports meaningful change.

How this partnership works

The partnership typically unfolds over 10 private sessions for approximately 2 to 3 months, allowing you time and space for exploration and integration.

  • Orientation & Intake: we begin by orienting in your current context, priorities, and intentions for the work.

  • Core Work: we move through a structured yet malleable arc that brings inner clarity into action.

    This may include:

    • Direction—connecting with what feels meaningful and orienting your inner compass

    • Practice—clarifying a well-being vision, including goals, actions, and ways of being that feel supportive and sustainable

    • Perspective—exploring shifts in how you see and interpret your experience, opening new possibilities and reducing internal friction

  • Integration & Continuity: we reflect on what’s shifted, what’s strengthened, and how alignment will continue to carry forward beyond our work together

Format

  • 10 private sessions (50 minutes each via video)

  • Time-bound, intentional, and confidential

You ultimately decide what we focus on. I typically recommend identifying one or two areas you feel ready to make progress in, so the work remains deliberate and integrated rather than overwhelming.

Clients gain greater clarity around what matters most now, a stronger sense of internal coherence, and a grounded way forward that can be carried into daily life and leadership in their own way.

Each engagement is custom-scoped and may include:

  • Strategic Definition: clarifying the organization’s core foundations—including purpose, values, positioning, and strategic intent—to establish internal coherence and shared understanding at the leadership level.

  • Narrative & Direction: translating internal clarity into clear narrative and strategic direction—including messaging principles, tone, and guidance that supports consistent expression across teams, channels, and touchpoints.

  • Integration & Handoff: ensuring the strategy is understood, aligned, and ready to be executed by in-house teams and trusted collaborators.

I support with strategy only. Execution remains with internal teams and collaborators, allowing for clarity without dependency.
